By booking a service with BioTraining Club, you agree to the following terms:

 

Bookings & Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • £40 of this payment acts as a non-refundable booking fee.

 

Refund & Rescheduling Policy​​

  • To secure your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. A £40 non-refundable booking fee is included in all payments.

  • Cancellations (Over 48 Hours’ Notice): You may cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice and receive a full refund on your first cancellation. For any further cancellations, the £40 booking fee will be retained.

  • Rescheduling (Over 48 Hours’ Notice): You may reschedule your appointment once with more than 48 hours’ notice, free of charge. Any further reschedules, even with more than 48 hours’ notice, will require a new £40 booking fee to secure your appointment.

  • Cancellations or Rescheduling (Under 48 Hours): If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, the £40 booking fee will be retained, and the remaining balance can be used toward a future booking within 30 days.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in loss of the full payment.

  • For block bookings or packages, missed sessions will be deducted from the package.

  • We appreciate your understanding — this policy ensures fairness, flexibility, and availability for all clients while protecting valuable appointment time.

Services & Results

  • Treatments are only carried out following a consultation to confirm suitability.

  • Results vary depending on individual circumstances, and while we aim for the best outcomes, no specific result is guaranteed.

Liability

  • BioTraining Club accepts no liability for indirect losses (such as travel or missed work) arising from your appointment.

  • Our total liability is limited to the cost of the treatment or package purchased.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
