By booking a service with Bio Training Club, you agree to the following terms and policies.

​

Bookings & Payments

​

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

​

A £40 non-refundable booking fee is included within all bookings.

​

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund on the first cancellation only.

​

For subsequent cancellations, the £40 booking fee will be retained.

​

Appointments may be rescheduled once with more than 48 hours’ notice at no additional charge.

​

Any further reschedules will require a new booking fee to secure the appointment.

​

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the booking fee being retained. Remaining balances may be transferred toward a future booking within 30 days.

​

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in loss of the full payment.

​

For block bookings or packages, missed sessions will be deducted accordingly.

​

Treatments & Results

​

All treatments are carried out following consultation and suitability assessment where appropriate.

​

Treatment outcomes vary between individuals and specific results cannot be guaranteed.

​

Health & Responsibility

​

Clients are responsible for providing accurate medical history, health information and relevant contraindications prior to treatment.

​

Bio Training Club reserves the right to refuse treatment where appropriate for safety or suitability reasons.

​

Liability

​

Bio Training Club accepts no liability for indirect losses, including travel costs, missed work or external expenses relating to appointments.

​

Liability is limited to the value of the treatment or package purchased.

​

Governing Law

​

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
